I have a large labradoodle, Gus, and we love to go on long walks around the park or forest preserves. I have had Gus for 12 years, and also grew up with a large dog as a child. I am a teacher and I will have great availability in the summer time on weekdays and weekends for dog walking or check ins including daytime and evenings. I am fine with either last minute scheduleing or regular times. I am patient and calm with animals. I am used to medium-big dogs (both of my dogs were between 75-100 pounds), but am also comfortable with small dogs. I do not mind early morning walks. I am very excited to meet new dogs and spend the summers walking!
