Hi! My name is Clair. I have been caring for pets on Rover since October of 2021, and I absolutely love it! I have experience with both dogs and cats of many different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My clients commend me for my reliability, quick and efficient communication, and my kind nature. I have loved animals my entire life, and always will! I began taking care of animals from a young age. When I was 7, my mom had started to let me take care of my grandma’s cat at her house, until my grandma passed away and she became our own. When I was 10 or 11, we rescued a senior Cairn Terrier named Katie, and that’s where my love for caring for animals began. When I became old enough to rescue my own animals, I did just that. I spend each and every day caring for 6 pets and I couldn’t be happier doing it. I have worked as a Veterinary Receptionist, so I have a bit of professional knowledge/experience. I have also regularly volunteered at Richmond Animal League where I worked on the dog crew. If you trust me with your fur babies, I promise to not let you down.
