I've taken care of all types of animals over the past 10+ years! Friends and family have known me to be the go to person to ask pet or animal questions. I have volunteered at animal shelters for 4+ years and received multiple trainings on animal behavior. I have dog sat, walked dogs, fostered dogs & kittens, rehabbed and cared for various reptiles (snakes, lizards, tortoise, geckos), cared for a variety of fish and various other animals big and small!! I personally have three bulldogs, a snake and a gecko. If anyone is familiar with the bulldog breed, they are very stubborn so I have a lot of experience working with stubborn dogs. Through my work and training at various animal shelters I have learned how to work with reactive dogs, dogs who are food aggressive and dogs who are just not social. Those dogs need love too and it can be stressful looking for a responsible care giver for those dogs (or any other animal!). I also have experience providing medications for various animals and any other specialty care including post-operation care. You should enjoy your time away from home and know that your pet is being cared for just as you would care for them!!
