I have been a lifetime animal lover, pet owner and rescue volunteer. I have had experience with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as fish, reptiles and small rodents. I have also worked part time for a pet sitting agency in the area. My breed grouping of most experience in dogs are bully breeds, which can be stubborn at times, but I love all types. I have saved and rehabilitated a former bait dog, and have worked with a behavioralist on pack training, with my own dogs, to bring peace to my own home. So, I understand “quirky” and am ready and willing to get to know your pack and learn to work with them. While you are gone, have no fear. I will take care of your pets and love them like my own, being sure they are getting enough love and attention: brushing or simple grooming, playing with them and their favorite toys, talking to them, exercising them as well as sitting and having quiet time, feeding them their favorite treats (if you allow). You will also receive reports and photos of your pet with each time I visit. I will also bring in mail, water plants (if applicable), change which lights are left on and off daily.
