While she genuinely seemed to love dogs when we met her, she didn't adhere to the walk schedule we'd discussed and requested through Rover. We have web cams we set up to check on our dog when we leave the house and I've never been more thankful for my husband suggesting that. Cindy was suppose to walk and feed our dog over a period of 3 days. She only walked him twice on a day we'd requested 3 walks and one of those walks was at midnight. My dog had to hold his pee for several 12 hour periods which broke my heart to see. I gave Cindy an opportunity to explain what we saw and asked why she wouldn't have notified me if she needed to change the dog walk schedule. She became very irritated and said that I'd told her my dog can hold his pee for 12 hours at a time which isn't the case. She also messaged me 5+ times after that saying it was disingenuous and suspect that we had cameras set up. I'm glad that we did or else we might have used her again.
