You’ll love our prices.” HERE ARE THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE: [1.] Pet boarding at our Ranch Home for cats and dogs with many indoor/outdoor areas for all sizes of dogs. Cats & dogs R separate. [2.] Traveling Pet sitting at your home for 30 minute visits with in a 10 mile radius for a flat fee per visit and an extra $2.00 per mile for additional miles for over 10 miles one way from our residence. Service provided 365 days of the year including holidays. [3.] Pet taxi pick up and drop off service to and from boarding for an additional fee within 10 miles and non-emergency vet appointments for an additional fee round trip. Pet taxi not provided on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. In General, we care for all types of domestic animals all year round from dogs, cats, rabbits, gunny pigs, birds, etc. We carry our own insurance and bond with Kennel Pro. BOARDING: Prices: $25.00/night first pet. $20.00/night each additional pet SAME OWNER DISCOUNT. We offer other discounts too: Long term boarding 29 nights or more, and 10% discount usable on your next visit if you refer a friend and they use our service. Please read paragraph below on cats. Sorry, Camera Viewing not installed just yet. • Dog Boarding: Indoor/outdoor areas on owners request for all sizes of dogs. Large dog yard areas separate from Small - Medium size dog areas unless they come with family. Dogs are crated at night. • Group Yard Exercise & Playtime with dogs the same size and Belly Rubs without additional charge. • Love and attention. • Administer oral medication provided by the owner without additional charge up to 2 x a day if needed. • Feeding your dog(s): Fresh food provided by owner and plenty of clean water and sterilized bowls provided by us. Dogs are fed in 2 x a day. • Blankets/Beds: I will provide a clean blanket or bed inside your pups’ crate if they are not a chewer. • Dogs: Where will my dog stay? All dogs are inside at night and can be outside during the day on good weather days with temps above 40 degrees and up to 90 degrees. We have many large fenced in yards for different size dogs – some with indoor/outdoor access. Dogs are inside if the weather is below 40 degrees and above 90 degrees with Potty breaks every 3 hours. High Humidity, rain, wind chill are taken into consideration. We have large dog areas and medium to small dog size areas. For more detailed information, please be sure to read the paragraph on your dog’s size for where dogs stay. • Cats: Where will my cat stay? Cats have their own area inside the house in the back room with chairs to rest on with indoor/outdoor access into a secure cat window box where they can watch the birds and enjoy the outdoors in a safe secure environment. Dogs are not allowed in the cat room area. Please see pictures. • Senior dogs: day use areas get special care inside the house with a soft bed or blanket, assistance walking for potty breaks and close supervision for those who have hip dysplasia and can fall. All pets are crated in the crate room at night. • Toy Breeds dog day use areas: We have 6 areas for the tiny tots/toy breeds: 1.] two areas have indoor/outdoor access into secure yard; 2.] two are strictly inside the house called puppy pens and they are taken outside for potty breaks every 2 – 3 hours. 3.] Our 5’x10’s area is outside only on good weather days. All pets are crated in the crate room at night. • Small to Medium dog day use areas: We have some areas with indoor/outdoor access. Some area’s inside only. Social dogs can be together with indoor/outdoor access. I like to keep the dogs in small groups of no more than 5 or 6 in the small dog yard area. Help is brought in on high volume days. All pets are crated in the crate room at night. We can also offer them a cottage cabin. Please see paragraph on Cottage Cabins. • Large dog day use areas: Yards and 10 dog runs 12’x 16’ – day use only on good weather days 40 degrees -90 degrees. Large dogs are crated inside the house or given indoor/outdoor access if available when the weather uncomfortable for humans. Large dogs can have a comfy cottage cabin with soft bedding to use during the day at an extra charge. Please see Cottage Cabin. I like to keep the dogs into small groups of no more than 4 in the yards/dog runs. Help is brought in on high volume days. All pets are crated in the crate room at night. • 5 Cottage Cabins: Add $2.00/night per pet family. Cabin is shared up to 4 large or 6 small to medium size dogs over 20 pounds. Cabins are insulated, have comfy dog bedding warm in winter/cool in summer, and have indoor/outdoor access into 12’x 16’ run. Please let us know if you would like to rent a cabin during your dog’s stay? Dogs that do not have cabin are crated when the weather uncomfortable for humans. Dogs are not crated during the day when they have a cabin. Cabins are great to use on winter cold days: rain, snow or cold mornings. Pet(s) must not be destructive. Dogs must be over 20 pounds for this area. • Spring and Summer Days during the day: We get up go outside for potty breaks at 6.30 am then back in their crate for breakfast then let out again as soon as possible for morning playtime. A baby swimming pool is provided for water play. We bring everyone inside for nap-time during the hot time of the afternoon around: 1pm or 2pm – 5pm depending on the temp. Dogs are let outside again between 5pm to 8pm. Then everyone is brought inside for dinner and bedtime. • Winter Days during the day: We get up go outside for potty breaks at 6.30 am then back in their crate for breakfast until 9 am or 10 am. Dogs come inside before dark for dinner then let out around 9pm for potty break then back inside again with a treat in their crate. All dogs are inside when it is less than 40 degrees. I try to crate them as little as possible during the day if the weather is poor. I try to pair them up with a couple of friends in an indoor/outdoor area during the day. Please provide a sweater for your short haired dogs. We also have 5 Warm Comfy 7’ x 8’ Cottage Cabins – dogs are crated less. See cottage Cabin paragraph. • Playtime and Exercise during the day: in various large yards with dogs the same size and temperament. Yards are for day use only providing the weather is acceptable; Temps above 40 degrees and up to 90 degrees. If weather is not acceptable we are inside. No extra charge to exercise your dog(s). • Sleeping area/Crates: I will provide an appropriate size crate to sleep in at night for your pet(s). Dogs are crated inside the house at Bedtime between 8pm to 6.30am. I will provide a nice soft clean blanket in each crate. 2. Boarding requirements: • A meet and Greet with your dog(s) present. Please write back and request a meet and greet for the date and time that works best for you. I will get back to you soon to confirm. After confirmation a business number and address will be provided. Come by with your dog(s) and meet us during “People Business Hours.” Please call when you are on your way so I can secure the dogs. We need to know if it is a good match between us and your dog(s). Meet and Greets are required. Please bring a copy of your pets shot records from your licensed vet with vet name, address, phone number for the meet and greet. • All pets must be social with people and other dogs. • Pets must be 4 months old and up. • Puppies up to 4 to 6 months must have a fecal parasite test. • Pets must be spayed or Neutered at the appropriate age 6 to 8 months old. • Up to date on all shots: Bordatella, Rabies, and DA2PPV-cv. Flu Vac recommended. • On a monthly flee treatment plan and heartworm prevention. • Pets must be in good health and free of parasites. • Pets must willingly go into a crate without a struggle. • Collar/ID: Have your pet(s) wear a secure collar with Rabies and ID tag. Plus we put our own ID on your pet during their stay. ADDRESS AND LOCATION: I live in Dallas next door to Duncanville, TX by the 20 frwy and spur 408.
