I have two years of animal care experience though my highschools academy program: Animal Science. This includes grooming, and basic health care needs of animals. In this class we learned basic fist aid, how to obtain a tpr, how to pill, and how to bath dogs and cats including cleaning ears and trimming nails. I have been working with horses for the last 10 years, I cleaned stall, and waters, feed, groomed, bathed, and taked up/taught lessons. I now ride on my college's equestrian team. I have two dogs and a cat that I take responsibility of when I am home from college. My older dog is 12, and the younger one is 5. My cat is also 12. We have had all three pets for most of their lives. I initially wantted to necome a vet, but decided not to make animals my life and to let them be my passion by fostering, and doing pet sitting/walking.
