Pet care experience
I am first and foremost an animal lover. I have had large dogs all my life. Two golden retrievers and an Alaskan Malamute, not simultaneously. I currently have a jolly 3 year old Alaskan Malamute who is the boss in my life. I am the go to pet sitter in my friend groups with many years of experience with all types of dogs. I have also fostered cats with Hospice Hearts Animal Rescue in Urbana, IL.

Cindy is wonderful with animals. I used to see her taking such gentle care of her family dog Morgan and her pet rabbit Munny. I can't think of anyone who is more caring and kind towards animals. Another thing I love about Cindy is that she is a very clean person. I remember every time she got back from a dog walk she would wipe Morgan's paws and butt, so no dirty germs would stay on his skin.
As someone who loves to travel, you can imagine how hard it is to find a reliable pet sitter. Cindy has made herself available to look after Mugen countless times while I was away from home. When we are away Mugen goes through separation anxiety and Cindy always does her best to keep Mugen comfortable. Mugen once had diarrhea while Cindy was petsitting and without hesitation, Cindy has clean up the mess and gave him a shower right away. You can imagine the mess that was! But Cindy does what needs to be done.

My malamute goes to the park twice a day, weather permitting. If your pet is not keen on another dog, my malamute will stay with my boyfriend in his home. Your pet will have free rein of my pet friendly 2-bedroom apartment. The home is clutter free and safe.

A typical day
I have a membership for the Champaign Bark Park. My dog is very social. If yours is too, they'll have a blast rough housing or just running together. My dog also enjoys walks in the neighborhood and sniffing all the smells.

Availability
I am currently a nursing student so my schedule is pretty open, especially on the weekends. I will not be available Wednesdays and Thursdays. My daily routine consists of going to the Champaign Bark Park in the morning/afternoon and a 20 minute walk in the neighborhood in the evenings. If the weather allows, I do try to take my pup to the park twice a day since she is high energy.
