Let me start by saying my puppy is a sassy 5month old and she just adores Cindy and her pup Simba! Cindy was the first doggy daycare we reached out to and we hit the jackpot. She loves Nova so much, takes her for regular walks, sends me updates through the day and is extremely reliable and friendly. I was super nervous leaving my puppy alone with someone I didn't know but Cindy was very reassuring and had a calm demeanor to her that made me feel confident. She also has experience with so many breeds and training, she compliments the training my husband and I do with Nova at home!! I would highly recommend Cindy if you're looking for your pup to have the best daycare experience and bonus, sleep like a peaceful angel later!
Although Cindy did one good walk for Poppy once and I liked her, she is very unreliable. I wish I didn’t bother at all with her when I could have found someone else. Zero consideration that her last minute cancelations and uncertainty wreak havoc for people’s lives and schedules. I booked her for regular walks 2x/day and we agreed on times. Then she changed her mind on the evening before so I asked if she wasn’t able to make a commitment like this and would she prefer another arrangement like only some days or 1 walk/day. Was reassured she could do it. Then something else came up and she couldn’t make it so wanted to start the regular routine the following week so we settled on new start date and times. She confirmed on Sun night before s Monday start but then wanted to change time. After 9pm on Sunday night before the morning walk she cancels everything. Waste of time, up and down, jerking around.
Cindy was awesome with Vern and He had a Great time playing with her Boy too. He was soo excited to go over that all I had to say was her Doggos name and he headed for the door. It was amazing too see. Thank you Cindy for taking such great care of him. You know I will be getting you to help us as our reno progresses.
