Pet care experience
I’ve loved animals since I was about 5 and I was allowed to start helping with chores, but I really started getting into taking care of them around 10. It started off with the usual dogs and cats with my parents, and nowadays I have my own chickens, ducks, dogs, cats and a fish! I also currently volunteer at a local horse rescue to learn as much as I can and help out where help is needed, since my plan is to have my own farm one day. I do have 3 years of experience with senior dogs and about 6 combined years of experience with puppies.

I am retired military, so I have hired my fair share of pet sitters, multiple dogs for the longest time, and now multiple semi-feral cats on my property. Of course, over the years, I have had my favorite pet sitters, two. Now I have a third to add to that list. Cierra followed the instructions I left for her to the letter. The cats were fed and watered timely, and she captured pictures of the one that always hides and one that doesn't sleep on the property - she got them both. I will schedule my travel around her schedule going forward. Thank you so much, Cierra!
Cierra went above and beyond and was flexible to changes that occurred with new animals in the home. She was reliable, a good communicator and the animals seemed to really like her via the photos. We will definitely have Cierra back pet sitting again.

A typical day
I usually like taking my dogs to Battle Park, as it’s close to my home and full of nature and interesting smells! I can bring a ball to play fetch with, work on some basic training commands using the reward system and just walk around. I can also just take your pup around your neighborhood if that makes you feel more comfortable

Availability
I currently have a full time job with varying hours, but I’m typically available every day before 8AM and after 10PM. Availability for times between then depends on the day and I do get my schedule two weeks in advance.
