Pet care experience
I have taken care of animals from a very young age. From energetic 100+lb dogs to senior arthritic cats, my top priority is to make sure each pet feels special and well cared for in the absence of their owner.

Cierra was a joy to work with! She was a great communicator and was attentive to my instructions when looking after my cat! Whether you want to leave your pets to someone for daily walks, daycare, or overnight stays, you want to know that they are in good hands. Cierra is such a responsible, loving caregiver which allows you to have the peace of mind that your pets are in great hands. She follows any special instructions you leave and also adds special touches like sending update pics... again, giving you peace of mind that everything is ok. The bottom line, I trust Cierra 100% to watch over my two golden doodle boys and have trusted her in my home when I go on extended vacations. To me, I prefer having Cierra stay in my home rather than farming the boys out to unfamiliar surroundings. And if this doesn't speak volumes, each time she comes to dog sit or walk the boys, Oliver and Murphy are jumping around with excitement. Thanks, Cierra :)

The standard of care I have for my own cats and dogs is the same for any pet I take care of. Firstly, I always ensure that they have enough water around the house, (and food if your pet is free feeding). I also make sure that I give them plenty of love and attention, as well as engage them in activities that keep them mentally stimulated. Before I leave my/my clients' home I make sure to proactively put away anything left out that could potentially become a mess for whoever comes home next. After walking with any dog I make sure that I wipe their paws off if they are dirty, or towel them dry if it is wet out. I always make sure that I am respectful of other people's property as well; maintaining a tidy space and cleaning up after myself or your pet.

I want to be an entertaining and comforting companion for your pet. Do they like to be pet? Do they know any tricks? Any routines or favourite walking areas I can bring them to? Do they have specific boundaries I should be aware of?
A typical day
There is no typical day when spending time with pets I watch because every pet is different! I make sure to tailor each visit based on the personality and environment of your pet. For more energetic dogs and cats, I include plenty of play time. For pets that are more relaxed and low energy, I make sure to maintain that environment to keep them comfortable.
