Pet care experience
I love dogs and have grown up training and caring for a variety of breeds. I'm a sucker for big dogs and am comfortable working with and sitting for dogs of all breed types. I've worked with rescue dogs a little bit outside of my own family pets. I have some experience with classes with my own pets as well so I have a working knowledge of positive reinforcement and the appropriate ways to handle and walk a dog. I walk dogs full time at minimum five days per week and often board or work on training with my clients as well. My partner and I live together and we currently own a retired racing greyhound, a lab mix, and a tuxedo cat. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as schedule a meet and greet for you and your pet!

Highly recommend Cierra! She did a great job doing daily check-ins for our cat, Kai, while we were out of town for a week. She was very responsive and attentive and took away any stress we might have had about leaving him. We also really enjoyed reading Cierra’s report card write ups and looking at the great photos that she shared! We will definitely be reaching out again next time we go out of town.

Winnie had a such a great stay with Cierra! She loves the little dog park at her apartment complex. Cierra was very accommodating with pick up and drop off. She even met with us before the stay to meet Winnie which helped with Winnie transition since she's a little anxious with new people. Winnie can't wait for her next stay!

I would like to know a little about your dogs personality and some of those individual quirks that we all love about our pets. Additionally I think it'd be great to learn about their behavior patterns and how they feel about strangers and/or other dogs. Since I have pets of my own, I do require that all dogs staying at my home be up to date on shots, flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
A typical day
I would be happy to take your dog on approximately 3 walks per day with my own dogs. I'd also like to know the sorts of activities that you would normally do with your pet so that I can mirror those as much as possible for the sake of normalization and routine. My greyhound, Mallie, loves to run and play so that would be something your dog could join in on as well :). My lab mix, Finn, also loves to wrestle and rough house.
