Pet care experience
I have had a pet dog since I was four years old, but recently accepted a full time job that requires a lot of weekend travel. I figured a good way to stay connected to sweet pups without having a leave them every weekend would be to help bring love to other pets who need some attention while their owner is away.

I have known Cidnee since we met years ago at Louisiana State University and have continued our friendship throughout the state of Texas. Cidnee is one of the people I know I can rely on to be a friend, a sporting event watching partner, a resume/application reviewer extraordinaire, or anything and everything in between. She will go above and beyond to make sure your pet and home are well cared for. I do not currently have a pet, but as a former pet owner and current Rover sitter, there is no one I would trust more than Cidnee to take care of my place and pup!

I have strong upper body to hold larger dogs (I used to walk a very hyper German Sheppard). Because I have been around a variety of dogs since childhood, I’m mindful of eye contact, tone, and sudden gestures that may startle dogs.

Please let me know if your per has any special needs or medications needed. I don’t mind helping, but prefer to ask all questions prior to arriving so I’m well prepared, and you feel secure with my care. I love learning new ways to support animals, so I’m open to special requests.
A typical day
Typical activities like fetch and walking, but I also love going to parks and letting them sunbathe in the grass. It dependent on each pup and their preferred activity level.

Availability
Most of my availability will be during the week during either early morning (6-9 am) and late afternoon into the evening (4-8pm). Some days and weekends are available, so don’t be afraid to ask for times outside of that range.
