Several issues popped up during and after. First, she told us she was going to stay at our house and did not (we have Arlo and she was aware of this) with large 13 hour gaps between home visits. Secondly, our house was a mess when we got back. The dogs peed on the floor and in their cages because they were not let out frequently enough. She even left dirty paper towels still wet with pee under our guest bed. Maybe she forgot. Also, she ate our basil pesto soup, which is fine, but she dumped her left overs in the sink and I had to scrub the sink to get the filmy dried soup and vegetable chunks off our sink after it dried there. Our floor is laminate and is bubbling where the dog pee remained and was not picked up. The center speaker on my stereo system was disconnected and not working and I had to troubleshoot the system to discover what was wrong. All of the electronics by the stereo and the furniture by it were moved and disheveled. This was a result of our dog sitter trying to fix an issue with the WiFi but failed to return items to how they were previously. I just wish she would of let us know about the WiFi issue as the property owner and working in IT I can be pretty helpful in those situations. I am happy our dogs are okay, but we are currently doing a deep clean of everything in the house and to prevent future stress, unnecessary issues and floor damage we will not use Rover again.

Ciara was great! Was able to accommodate a drop in when we left earlier than expected and stayed at our house the next night. She kept us informed and our dogs really seem to like her, even our skittish Aussie! Thanks!
