I have been dog sitting for about 6 different families, regularly, over the course of 7 years. I am 26 years old and work full time Monday-Friday. I’ve known Ciara (CJ) since she was 5 years old. I watched her grow up and first asked her to watch my dogs several years ago. I think my dogs were among the first she started watching. She was just a great fit and a knew we could trust her. CJ would stay in our home caring for 2 dogs, 3 cats, and many chickens! I always come home to happy, well cared for animals. One of my dogs will wag his tail and get very excited when I say “CJ is coming!”. I never have to worry when she’s staying with my pets.
I’m so happy with Ciara’s pet sitting! She has been our pet /house sitter for 3 summers now. She is very trustworthy with all my pets (dog, cat and chickens) and is always willing to water my flowers as well! I’m so lucky to have found Ciara. There is no better feeling when we are away to know our pets are well cared for.
Ciara watched our black lab Stella while we were away for three days. She was trustworthy, kind, prompt and sweet to Stella. I would give her my recommendation to watch your fur babies as well.
Ciara is a great friend of mine! She watched my pup when I was having my baby this spring. She is very reliable and trustworthy.

I prefer to care for pets in the clients’ home. Animals behave best when they are on their own territory and are sticking with their familiar routine and surroundings. I like to meet with all my clients in person before pet sitting, so I can get to know them, their pet, their pets’ routine and needs, and also allow the pet to get familiar with me so they aren’t overwhelmed when I first come over!
Information Ciara P. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know how trained the dog is (potty trained, house trained, how well he/she behaves outside or around other animals). It’s important to know if the dog is on medication or any dietary restrictions.
A typical day
I love going on walks! I usually try to squeeze in at least 1 walk per day. Besides that, I enjoy lounging with the dogs on the couch.

Availability
I have a full time day job that schedules vary. I have weekends completely free. I will stay with the pets all night and all morning until having to leave for work. i will go straight back to your pet when I’m done with work. On my days off, I will spend the whole day with the pets! I have experience with a variety of dogs all different ages, sizes and requirements; so I completely understand some dogs need more attention than others, I am gone for up to 8 hours during the day.. so if you’re dog requires more attention than that during the week, it probably won’t be a good fit for me.
