Pet care experience
I grew up with a beloved family dog so I understand the day to day requirements in taking care of a dog, and I spent time around dogs of all kinds in extended family and friend’s homes. Since living in my own home I’ve taken care of friend’s dogs when they go on holiday and I’ve loved giving them a home away from home and giving them lots of love and attention, as well as making sure all of their care needs are met.

We left our Jack Russell. Maggie, with Ciara over a long weekend as we were going away. Ciara was brilliant and sent regular updates so we knew Maggie was ok. Maggie had a lovely time and was much happier than if we'd left her in kennels. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Ciara again if we needed boarding for Maggie in the future.
Ciara was so lovely. Khali had a great time with her, she kept me informed all throughout the stay with pictures and answered all of my questions. Her home is warm and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again.
Ciara was lovely and Dougal really enjoyed staying with her. Ciara let us know how he was doing and sent us some photos. We would definitely be happy for Dougal to stay with Ciara again 😊

I have a medium sized fenced-in garden and room in the kitchen for a crate if needed. I work from home most of the week so can give lots of love and attention. Pets are allowed in all rooms of the house so they can make themselves comfy and at home.

My preference is for breeds that aren’t high energy and require a lot of exercise as I am in the house all day for work.
A typical day
The house is calm and quiet, so great for a dog that likes to curl up on the sofa or who likes their own space, but I take regular breaks from working and love to play with toys in the house and run around the garden to stimulate them too. When boarding I can also take your dog out for a walk and play in any of the local parks.

I work full-time, but 3 of those days I work from home, so I’m available for dog sitting during those days and available for boarding most nights (from 6pm on Wednesdays and Fridays).
