Ciana was available for my puppy Mary Jane on short notice which I appreciate for one night and two entire days. However, she got confused with the schedule twice which made me concerned with her management skills. One day she came to my place during the day when she was supposed to come at night and told my neighbor that I forgot to leave her the key. She then proceeded to ask my neighbor if she had one. Another day she came at night when she wasn't supposed to since I had another sitter that night. She also gave me a scare when telling me that she accidentally let my kitten escape (he's an indoor cat) and then texted back saying that it was a false alarm. Overall, communication was spotty with her though she was available during the days I needed puppy sitting on the days I needed.
