Big or small I love em all!

Pet care experience

I've worked in a professional dog hotel previously, have had dogs my entire life, and love dogs more than anything! Very comfortable with all breeds and sizes. Previously owned a pit bull, have worked with giant dogs like great danes, and dog sat for dozens of family members and friends in the past. All sizes and breeds are welcome with me! I'm very comfortable with communicating with dogs and getting their attention through positive reinforcement training, and NOT domination/negative reinforcement training. I have a full-time job doing construction M-F from 7am-4pm, so my schedule is quite reliable. I have a 9yr old female spayed English Pointer in my family but she is my parents' dog, so she is not in my home. I'm more than happy to house sit or board dogs that are potty trained and not destructive in my home!

Chuck once again provided such a nice experience for our two pups! They love staying at his house and we can tell they always have so much fun with him. Chuck is very responsible, responsive, and does everything possible to make their stay great.

Chuck was AMAZING with our two pups for boarding! He was super communicative and made sure he understood all of their habits, schedules and needs before their stay. When we came to pick them up, you could tell they had the best time with him. Would absolutely recommend Chuck and we hope to use him again!

We are very happy we chose Chuck to be our petsitter. He went above and beyond and his service was invaluable.

Chuck is the most reliable person I know. My husband and I have had him watch our dogs before and he has such an amazing passion for animals. We have never had a problem with Chuck and he has always treated our dogs well.

Information Chuck D. would like to know about your pet

Personality and energy levels are very good to know for preparedness, but I try not to discriminate. I grew up with english pointers, which have TONS of energy, so I'm very familiar with high energy pups. Also very familiar with older dogs who move at a slower pace. Chewing furniture or not being reliably potty trained are no nos.

A typical day

I live near a park, and can take your dog on as many or as few strolls as they prefer or you see fit! Fetch, tug of war, and doggie massage are all in my wheelhouse!

Weekends are best as I work a lot during the week. However if you have a dog that is used to being home alone while you're at work, they might be able to stay with me and get lots of love and attention when I'm home from work!
