Pet care experience
The best thing about me is that I love being active as much as I like chilling! If you need someone to walk your best buddy, I’d love to be the one to adventure with them (even if it’s just around the block!). I’m also totally fine lounging with your cats or tossing hay in for your Guinea pigs. I’ve grown up with animals, so they’re as much a part of my world as any human is. I firmly believe that pet-owners are happier people, because the responsibility, humility (nothing’s more humbling than picking up a big poop in the middle of a busy trail!), and trust that comes with having a pet is incredibly gratifying. I prefer laid-back or active but friendly dogs— nothing aggressive, as I’m not trained to handle biters or wrestlers. I’ve been known to play with my cat for over 45 min straight, too. I’m all about playtime!

My preference is for fun-loving, curious, well-behaved dogs— but I recognize that means something different for everyone. If your dog is super aggressive or a biter, please let me know ahead of time. I’m not equipped for aggressive dogs that require muzzles on walks. I’m also great with cats! I have a very aloof one at home, so I especially love hanging out with cats who don’t hate people haha
A typical day
My favorite thing to do is go on a long walk with dogs and get that fresh air! I’m a huge proponent of outdoor exploration, but also will help your animal maintain boundaries (not letting them on others’ property, not letting them dig or eat random things, etc.). My MOST favorite thing to do is to go on a nice hike with animals! I’m an avid outdoor recreation person. Is your dog more of a homebody? Totally down to play with them in an indoor or fenced environment, too.

I work from home nearly every day. My schedule is fairly flexible (meaning my company totally understands if I need to go off camera to attend to a potty break!) However very early AM and post 5PM are ideal for me.
