Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Chris! Dogs have been a part of my life since I was young - I grew up with two golden retrievers, and a few years ago we had three more come into our family! When my partner, Joey and I moved in together, I assumed step dog-dad responsibilities to our beautiful black lab/Rottweiler mix. Sadly, she recently lost her battle with cancer and we had to say goodbye to our baby. We are now hoping to spend some time helping other families in the area in need of some support - whether that be walking your dog while you’re at work or having them stay in our home for a while you take a vacation! We have experience with both big and small dogs, old and young, and various breeds!

This was our first time using Chris and he was wonderful! He came over to meet our pup so she could get familiar with him. He then stayed at our house for 5 nights. She was well taken care of and he was so respectful to our house and cleaned before we arrived home! Would definitely recommend and will use him again. Thanks, Chris!
Chris did a great job dropping in to feed and water our dog while we were out. He communicated well and arrived right on time. I would certainly use him again.

Christopher is great! He quickly connected with all 3 of our dogs - who, let’s just say, have 3 very distinct personalities. ;-) Christopher is very communicative - and on the day of visit he was on time, patient, kind, and thoughtful. We’ve already booked him for several more visits.

We live in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Norwalk. It’s a perfect area for walking dogs, and we also have some yard space where we can have your dog roam if they aren’t big fans of walking around the neighborhood. You can expect that your dog will receive lots of cuddles, belly rubs, play time, and maybe a treat or two when they stay with us! If we are just popping in to take them for a quick walk at your place, we will still be sure to give them some scratches and belly rubs.

A typical day
The neighborhood I live in is perfect for dog walking! We also have a small yard at our house for the dog to get some energy out if they aren’t feeling up to a full walk. Your pup will get plenty of playtime in and out of the house with us!

Availability
I work from home twice a week (Monday & Friday), and am typically home on the weekends. So if you are looking for someone to watch your pup for a long weekend, you have found the perfect person! My partner typically works from home on Tuesdays - so rest assured your dog will almost always be in our company.
