I had booked Christopher b/c I wanted 1h00 walks for my shepherd who needs a lot of exercise. I received updates from the Rover app on Christopher's outings, but the walks didn't seem very long and the pictures I received didn't really reassure me until I clearly indicated that I expected longer walks. On the 3rd day, Christopher finally sent me a picture that showed he'd gone more than a few blocks. Also, on day #2, 3 and 4, he chose not to go on trails b/c the weather was wet. Rain or snow has never bothered me. That's why I have a dog. Perhaps Christopher is more used to take small dogs out which don't need much exercise? I need to do my homework better, I guess. Other than that, Christopher did reply to my concerns and adapted, and he was pleasant. That's why I still give him 3 stars but overall, I was quite disappointed. Also, I provided my phone number and encouraged him to call me, which he never did. Perhaps Rover blocked out my phone number? I don't know. I need to investigate that. Next time I book on Rover, I will make sure to indicate I need at least 2 miles/day in 1h00 time, and insist my dog needs exercise, not just time to sniff tree boxes... She can do that on shorter walks.

Christopher was terrific with Scout, who can take his time warming up to people. But Christopher knew instinctively how to interact with him. He provided thorough reports and photos. All great!
