I’ve always loved dogs and growing up I had the pleasure of having 4 lovable furry friends in my family. I have been a dog sitter and dog walker for my friends when they leave out of town. Its a very enjoyable job for me because I get to learn their personalities and get to exercise at the same time. I can go for a run with the younger aged dogs or take an easy moderate pace walk for the more mature aged dogs. I’m a dance and yoga instructor so my schedule is fairly flexible. My preference is to meet with owner and dog(s) before the first walk or sit so they are familiar with me. Could even be 10 min. Before my shift. For dog sitting, I can travel to clients residence or the dog can come to my place. I live in a 5 unit apt complex with a log driveway and a little back patio space. I do not have a yard. But I am located in mid city and close to a neighborhood park where the dogs can have more space when we go for exercise and play time. *Special rules or requests ** Dog Walks: I prefer to walk pets on harnesses for their safety, but that is not a requirement. If your pet needs to be administered medicine or needs to be feed I have no problem accommodating those requests. Please provide medication and food. Day Care: We want your pet to feel at home with us so please bring their pet bed and any toys & treats that they enjoy. Dog Boarding: I have an apt mate and we require your pet to sleep in their own bed. We have found that our pet visitors who have their own beds are happier and less stressed. We ensure they are comfortable at bedtime. What Christopher would like to know about your dog In order to help provide the best care possible please let me know the following. 1. Do I need to administer any medication? 2. How is your pets overall health condition? 3. Are all vaccines up to date ? 4. Has your pet borded before & does he/she get along with others? 5. At home where does your pet sleep?
