Pet care experience
I have been around animals, mainly dogs my entire life. My family fostered retired/injured race greyhounds and cats throughout my childhood. I've also had a German Shepard, Bichon Frise, and several Golden Retrievers of my own. I currently have a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever named Mango. She is my world. I am available for all kinds of sitting and care. I am lucky enough to have a huge fenced in backyard. I also live right down the street from a fenced in dog park. Your pet will get my undivided attention and care. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, high-energy, aggression, separation anxiety, administering medicine, animal first aid, and training. There is no need to worry while your pet is with me....it will get all the love and care it deserves.

Our Lab and Golden had a wonderful afternoon with Christopher and his family (including his dogs!) His backyard is well-fenced and had great play and 'discovery' areas for the dogs. His own Goldens are friendly and playful. I appreciated Christopher's frequent updates during the day via photos and messages. Our dogs came home tired and happy after their playdate, walk, nap time, more play time . . . :-)
Our pup Karl seemed to have a great time at Christopher's house. Mango the Golden Retriever is a fun playmate, and Christopher brings the dogs with him everywhere, so they don't get bored and can't get into too much trouble.
Christopher is my brother. He loves his pup Mango more than anything in this world. He has raised and cared for many dogs throughout the years. He is great with them. Very patient and loving. He understands exactly what they need and how to provide it. Whether it be extra playtime to burn off some energy or a cuddle on the couch to help with separation anxiety, he will do whatever it takes to make your dog feel at home. He has watched over my Moose (German Short-haired Pointer) many times and Moose absolutely loves him. I would highly recommend Christopher for your pets needs.

A typical day
I enjoy taking my furry friends on walks to the nearby dog park or Lake Chabot trail. I have a large fenced in backyard that they can play fetch, run around and play in. If they are social and enjoy the company of other dogs, my Golden Retriever loves company and plays great with other dogs. If your pup needs a little extra time warming up or enjoys time to themselves, I have a spare bedroom they can escape to. My dog is my family and has full run of the house. Your pups can join me on the couch or bed as well if they need human company. Whatever makes your dog the most comfortable is what I am aiming to provide.
