We got our puppy sooner than expected and then got called out of town for a medical procedure-yikes!! Chris, Bella, and their sweet poodle Nuri were absolutely lifesavers!!! Very few people would even consider taking in the responsibility of a young puppy who’s still potty training and waking up during the night, but they were so accommodating, reassuring, and kind. Most importantly, they took care of Cookie like he was their own which gave us peace of mind when we were feeling guilty and anxious. They sent regular pics and videos as well as proactively attended to his needs. Our little puppy is such a delightful addition to our family, and we’d trust Chris and Bella to care for him again in a heartbeat. We can’t thank them enough!!!

10/10 recommended boarding your dog with Bella and Chris! They treat my dog like their own and go beyond to take a good care of my baby :) My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Hawaii and couldn’t take our dog Milo, it’s hard to get family/friends help during holiday season so I tried Rover for the first time - luckily, I found the gem (we also met before the boarding to make sure our dogs get along, it’s a no brainer match!). Bella and Chris are detailed oriented and easy to work with, they care about Milo’s needs and schedule by accommodating his behaviors in the new environment - it’s also Milo’s first boarding experience but their warm home and energy not only ease his nervous but also make him feel like home! Their communication is responsive and they send cute pics everyday - my baby looks happy with their care and company! I am so happy I found Bella and Chris, I will definitely have them take care of my baby again whenever I am out of town!
