Pet care experience
I grew up in a home with lots of dogs and that has never changed, thankfully! Currently working from home with my pup, Einstein. We take lots of walks and he's looking for a companion. My wife and I have also fostered several dogs last year during COVID. Our dog loved the companionship and we did too!

I would highly recommend Christopher if you are staying in the Whitefish or north Flathead Valley area. He did a great job with my two pups, who got to play with his pup as well. Five stars.
Christopher was so accommodating of my last minute daycare request. My pup came back happy and worn out :)
Chris watched my high energy French Bulldog/Boston Terrier puppy for a few hours so my husband and I could go mountain biking. He gave her lots of attention and she was nice and relaxed when we picked her up. Thanks Chris!
Christopher clearly has a way with dogs. My dog, who is completely attached to me and usually gets forlorn when separated, spent a lovely afternoon lounging around with Christopher, even lying in his lap! It was obvious he had a good time and wasn’t anxious to leave when I came to pick him up!

Einstein (our dog) is a yorkie-poo. As a small dog owner, I am very careful and attentive, especially when other dogs are around. I pick up Einstein, regardless of whether the other dog is "friendly." Separately, I'm very patient. Einstein is very demanding (a Yorkie thing) and I've found that it's easiest to immediately address his demands. I'll treat your pooch with the same care and attention. We live in an apartment complex with a dog park that is never used by the other residents. I'm happy to take your dog there to run wild or for.long walks on the leash.

A typical day
I once read that smelling the bushes, rocks, trees, etc. is like reading the newspaper to a dog. I, therefore, start the day by allowing Einstein to read the paper on our morning walk. He naps while a work in the morning and then we go for a walk to get the mail and pass by the woods where he runs off-leash for awhile. I work in the afternoon while the pup sleeps and then we walk a mile to pick up my wife from her office and walk back home. The evening is time for play time and lots of barking. We close out the day with some carrots before bedtime.

Availability
I have a very flexible work-from-home schedule and we (me and Einstein) take lots of breaks and walks. I'm an in-house attorney for a company that I co-founded.
