Pet care experience
I've adopted and cared for cats, dogs, fish, chickens, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, and one extremely long-lived rat since I was a child. I provided in home pet foster care for puppies and dogs for the Hawaiian Humane Society for two years, as well as caring for dozens of pets for friends over the years. I also have volunteered in various shelters walking, grooming, and socializing pets for 30 years.

Please let me know your dog's food preferences and activity level. Is there medication s/he needs, or any behaviors about which I should be aware? Is s/he a cuddler, or more standoffish? Are there cues for bathroom breaks that I can recognize?
A typical day
I can accommodate whatever preference you have for your dogs. I run 3-6 miles daily and am happy to bring a dog along, or can take them for slower, shorter walks if that's more their speed.

Availability
I'm a hobby farmer and was a stay at home mother until my youngest recently started college. My main responsibilities are caring for my home, garden, pets, and farm animals so I am very flexible in regards to scheduling. I have access to Scott AFB for any base residents that would like drop in care, walks, or house sitting.
