If you are the type of owner who wants your dog to receive special attention and not have other stranger dogs aside from our two dogs then I’m your sitter! We live in a cozy brand new home with a fenced and gated backyard that they have access to all the time. When weather and time permits, your dog will get a walk around the neighborhood, including playtime with my two dogs the whole day. I only accept one dog (or two dogs from the same household) at a time for daycare or boarding since we already have two dogs (40 lbs Jindo Korean breed) and a Lab mix (50 lbs). So what can you expect during the day? - your dog will have access to the backyard to do its business all day. I have an automatic doggy door that only opens to dogs with the right collar. - your dog will receive personalized attention from us. - there will always have human supervision all the time. We will be crating your dog if we are not at home just to be safe and during bedtime. - your dog will be fed twice a day during the times we feed our dogs too, which is around 7 to 8am and between 7 to 8pm for dinner. - you will receive lots of pictures and videos from us during the entire stay. - they will be treated like family, having full access to the first floor, including the couch. Your dog must be house and crate trained to be able to stay. About me: I have volunteered at the local animal shelter (Humane Society of Silicon Valley) since April 2016 when I lived in the Bay Area. I moved to Las Vegas sometime end of 2020. I'm passionate about learning how dogs think and feel. I have been a dog volunteer since I started, which means I spend a lot of time with dogs of different temperaments so you can feel secure that your pet is in safe hands. I also completed the Foundation for Dogs certification through Trish King Academy / Academy of Dog Behavior (certificate picture in my profile) to understand dogs better so I can be a better sitter for your beloved family member.
