My family had two labs, one (Dexter, the yellow lab in my pics) recently passed. I miss him so much, and the dogs I've met and lost via Rover, but they joy they've given me cannot be calculated. I cannot have a dog in my apartment, so my fix by looking after my friends dogs (big and small) and the wonderful dogs I meet on Rover. I work freelance so I'm fairly flexible and can pop in during the day easily, short notice could also work for those, or stay overnight at your house with your puppo with some notice. (My schedule varies, so overnights would have to be booked ahead.) I love hikes and the outdoors, and can guarantee they won't be bored with me. I'm also a photographer, so you will definitely end up with some adorable portraits! I have taken care of senior dogs or dogs with many special needs and am willing to learn if yours has one.
