Pet care experience
I recently moved to Colorado from England to be near my family. Unfortunately, I had to leave my little dog Lilly behind with a friend who loved her as much as me. I like to walk myself so the dog will benefit with two walks a day, also if travelling is not a problem he/she will escort me in my car. Quiet evenings, watching TV and cuddling on the sofa, just like Lilly and me!!! I have dog sitting for 2 years now and find that staying with the pet/pets in their own home works very well, the animals are happy in their own surrounding and enjoy being spoiled by a new person. There is also an advantage of someone staying in the home as plants can be taken care of as well. Why I love dog sitting When I was in England, I owned a West Highland White, her name was Lilly, unfortunately, I had to leave her behind when I moved here to the States. Before that, I always had cat's but I found a dog is a good companion. About my yard I do not have a back yard, only a terrace but there is an open space and many trails where I live. My experience administering medication I'm Okay with that but I wouldn't like to give an injection, I'm not qualified for that.

Christine did a good job of taking care of the house, walking the dogs, and providing updates. We were disappointed to see friends of Christine's come to our home and visit (through our outdoor camera). These are strangers to us and they're in our home. We have used other Rover sitters in the past and they have asked if they could have "x" person over prior to their stay and we said that was fine. None of this was asked/told to us by Christine beforehand. We feel saddened by this as we liked Christine, but now feel a bit violated in our own home.
Christine was amazing! She was extremely responsive and took great care of our dog Walter. We will definitely ask her to dog sit again in the future!!
Christine was great -- and she really "gets" Westies! :)

Your dog's sleeping arrangement It depends on the animal, if they like there bed it's Okay with me however they seem to end up on my bed, it depends on size!! Time I'll spend with your dog I like to walk the dogs twice a day, weather permitting, and do not like leaving them for more that 4 hours.
