I have loved, owned. interacted with, bonded with and cared for animals since two years of age, as I was raised in a very pet friendly household. I have been walking and caring for pets through Rover and Wag! since 2018. I’ve gained a great deal of experience and have built incredibly strong bonds with many different pets over the past few years in Kansas, Missouri, California and Minnesota. As you can see, I stepped away from providing services, as my availability was limited due to full-time career. However, I am now available to walk, check-in on, board or stay overnight with your pet(s), as I currently work part-time at Scent Hound in Overland Park (a dog hygiene and wellness center). I have a pretty open and flexible schedule and can accommodate to your pet(s) typical routine. PET CARETAKING EXPERIENCE: Dogs: 12 wks - 16 yrs Cats: 7 wks - 18 yrs Other small animals and amphibians, including, but not limited to: rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, fish (outdoor and indoor habitats), geckos and turtles I have learned through experience that each pet is uniquely their own! I am fluent in recognizing & adapting to all demeanors and ages. I have years of experience handling rescues, the elderly, animals w/ special needs (dementia, incontinence, anxiety, blind, deaf, etc). I can administer oral/topical medication(s). I am extremely passionate about providing safe & customized pet care , as well as bonding with for fur babies like yours! I have years of experience in providing safe walks suitable to a dog(s) personality + needs, while allowing them to make safe choices. Depending on your comfort level and dogs needs, I am well-versed with dog parks and walking trails.
