Pet care experience
My professional experience with animals began in 2003 as I worked in a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for several years. As a pet owner, I’ve had cats my entire life and have also owned dogs for most of my life and all of my adult life. When I worked at the vet I was responsible for feeding, exercising, bathing, trimming nails, and administering medication. As a pet owner I have done all of those things as well as training my dogs. I have helped to crate train and house break puppies for a few different families as well.

I have a large fenced in yard and 2 active dogs to help keep your dogs company. We have a pet friendly basement where I spend time with the dogs and have a variety of crates available for pups who are more comfortable or used to being crated for the night. Our family often spends time on our main floor where we have a large rug that our dogs enjoy napping or “wrestling” on. Your dogs, like ours, will typically be wherever we are in the house during waking hours and will have their own space for sleeping over night.

A typical day
We love to take walks through the neighborhood, chase balls in our large fenced yard, sun bathe, splash in the puppy pool on warm days, and get tons of rubs and cuddles.

Availability
As a stay at home mom (whose youngest started kindergarten this year), recently retired veteran. I am home caring for my own pups all day once the kids head to school. We take daily walks on the sidewalks in our neighborhood to throwing the ball in our backyard to get worn out. The dogs get so much exercise, belly rubs, and cuddles that they often put themselves to bed in the evenings.
