Looking to get my "dog fix" in!
Pet care experience
Growing up with a dog (I had an amazing Border Collie named Max), I am very comfortable around dogs. Large or small, senior or puppy, I am comfortable playing, walking, and caring for dogs. My family frequently dogsat for friends and family, from 10 pound dogs to 100+, so I have been exposed to and am able to care for dogd if many breeds, attitudes, levels of training, etc. I work 9am-5pm in centrally-located Downtown Dayton, but am available before or after work, and can visit your dog on my lunch hour. If your dog needs additional visits, I am able to take smaller breaks at work as well, if you are semi-close to downtown. I no longer have a pet, so I'm looking to fulfill my "dog fix" through this app. I would love to get another dog soon, so I'm also looking to see what breed I would like to try and find.

Christine has been a pet sitter since her earliest years. She has taken care of multiple cats, dogs and fish for neighbors when she was just a youngster. Christine was the go-to person in our neighborhood for pet sitting and house sitting. Everyone knew they could count on her to follow their instructions, love their pets, and take care of any tasks that needed tending to while they were out of town. As an adult, she continues to love animals and would make a wonderful, caring sitter. Christine has good communication skills and would not hesitate to reach out to an owner with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Christine to take care of your dogs and pets. I love 20-40 lb. long-haired breeds (I grew up with a Border Collie), but I have no breed restrictions. I'd like to know if the dog has any quirks, allergies, or tendencies. I'd also like to know how the dog socializes with other dogs, in case we encounter that on a walk.
A typical day
I can either walk the dog in my neighborhood, or head to a MetroPark for different scenery. I have a fenced backyard, so we can play outside too to get exercise. I don't have a problem with the dog(s) sleeping on my bed or laying on my couches, but will respect how you've trained the dogs (if they aren't allowed on furniture at home, I'll do the same here).
