Unfortunately, I didn’t have the greatest experience with Christina. My puppy was fine and he played a ton with the other dogs, which I’m happy about. The thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get more updates and my text messages were not answered. I got a couple of pictures initially but nothing after 4 hours of boarding him. Rover really prides themselves in keeping the parents in the loop of their baby’s boarding and I felt like I didn’t get the full extent of this service. When I picked him up, her parents (I assume) were the ones taking care of him. It doesn’t bother me that her parents were taking care of him, it’s more not telling me so I can be aware that Christina wouldn’t be contacting me. Another thing is that the puppies where left outside in the backyard by themselves, I don’t know for how long but that’s where I picked him up from. My puppy is not fully trained so he needs someone who is watching him most of the time. I just wish there would of been more communication. Not booking again.
