I grew up surrounded by animals or all types. My mother was a zookeeper so we had everything from exotic to domesticated animals at our house. I started early doing pet sitting in middle school and have continued to do so throughout my life. My husband and I now own a lovely home with a wonderful fenced backyard with plenty of room to roam. We have 2 dogs that love to play. While we do not work from home, I do come back to check on our dogs throughout the day. If dogs are especially quite, I have the option of bringing them to work with me. We are happy to provide daily pictures, calls or text messages. I am also happy to house sit if your pet feels more comfortable within their own environment.
