I became a dog mama in 2008 to an amazing and loving rescued pitbull mix named Coko Chanel. Although, Coko had so many toys, had the cutest outfits, and road tripped with us numerous times, Coko (and any other dog) would still be the happiest dog without any of that stuff because dogs are just that amazing! Although Coko only lived until she was 3 years old due to a brain tumor, Coko taught us how to love. My husband and I rescued 2 more pits (Ninja who is 6, and Blu who is 4) and they are our furry babies. Now to think of it....these "rescues" rescued us. Coko made us a family. And now we are Team Reid (husband, myself, and our pitties) and I would love to extend the same love and care to your furry family member by checking-in on them or taking them for a walk.
