I have cared for several local friends' dogs and homes over the past 15 years, and have done pet and house sits in other states via TrustedHousesitters. I'm allergic to cats so only interested in sitting for dogs. I'm more than happy to look after your plants, but I'd like instructions because I have been known to get overexcited with the watering for my own plants. Ha!

There is no person I’d rather have take care of our dog. She’s loving, responsible, kept us updated with pictures, and trustworthy. I highly recommend her!

I'd like to meet in person before I begin care. Please let me know if your dog(s) have any special dietary needs or allergies, if they are reactive on walks or there are areas I should avoid when walking them, if they have any physical needs (e.g. can't go up stairs) that I should be aware of. Also, if there are any ways I can help cut down on the anxiety of having you gone - extra treats, doing tricks, medication, etc.
A typical day
We will go for several walks outdoors (with all the sniffs they can inhale), play with whatever their favorite toys are, and do lots and lots of snuggling (if they want to). :-)

Availability
I work remotely full-time so I'll be staying with your dog(s) in your house the whole time aside from normal outings (e.g. grocery shopping, grabbing dinner with a friend, etc.).
