Fun fact: The first books I took out of the library as a child were how-to books on taking care of dogs, even though I didn’t have a dog at the time. Loved animals my whole life. Frequently-requested pet sitter for friends and family with a history of fostering dogs for several months. Experienced with dogs that require medications, special diets, and more.

I believe in leaving spaces better than you found them. If your pup has muddy paws, water or food has spilled on the floor, or toys have found their way out of their homes, I will take care of it as if your home and pet were my own.

Please let me know if your pets have any specific behaviors you feel are important to bring up (jumping, tugging on leashes, biting, etc.) If there are any habits you are trying to teach/break in your pet, I would also very much like to know!
A typical day
Mental stimulation is just as important as physical with dogs! With me, I’ll be sure to reinforce any tricks you have taught your pup (and maybe teach them a new one!) I am also a huge fan of puzzle toys and snuffle mats!

Availability
I am currently a full-time nurse and have 3 to 4 free days per week. I enjoy going for walks to the park near my home often as a form of self care, especially if weather is nice!
