Pet care experience
I have worked with animals for over 14 years. Have previously been a house sitter and dog walker. For the past 10 years I’ve worked in Rescue and for 7 of those years as a Training and Behaviour Advisor. Training and behaviour in dogs is a huge passion and love of mine. From basic puppy training through to adults with serious behavioural needs.

Chrissy is very experienced with dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. She has a natural ability to communicate with them and give them what they need. Chrissy has looked after our dogs (who are far from easy) over the years, we wouldn't trust anyone else with them.

I will listen to what owners advise on how to care for their animals. Feeding, exercising, needing space or wanting snuggles. I will always do my best to stick to their routine as much as possible. I am confident at giving any medications as well.

I have a lot of experience with working with and looking after dogs with behavioural needs or quirks as I like to call them. My favourite breed of dogs are Shar Pei’s and my previous girl was a rescue Shar Pei cross from Dogs Trust. I also love collies, terriers, lurchers, GSD’s, Rotty’s and bully breeds.
A typical day
I will follow your advice and provide as much mental and physical stimulation/enrichment that is needed to keep your doggies happy. I am a very active person so the more active your doggy is the better! I love walks in the countryside as well as the beach. I prefer to avoid busy places.

I currently work full time Monday to Friday but have flexibility in my hours. But weekends would suit me best. If you live in the WSM area then I would be able to offer weekday house sits as well.
