I put $100 as an anount due to some pet owners expecting me to sit at their home for 12 hours straight. If this is needed it would be comparable to hiring a babysitter so you would need to consider the hours involved. House sitting is usually just looking over the house, pets, mail, newspaper etc. If you need stays overnight that is additional fees. Please ask for a quote :)
