Dependable Vet Tech with Insurance

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Christina. My love for animals began when I was very young. I started volunteering with animal shelters & eventually rescue groups. I became a veterinary technician and started pet sitting in 2009. I have experience with cats & dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities and health status. I am skilled in providing oral & injectable medications, monitoring blood glucose levels, SQ fluid administration & special care for sick or aging pets. I also have experience petsitting rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, bearded dragons, fish, tarantulas, & scorpions. I am both licensed & insured.

Christina was awesome!! My babies took right to her on the meet and greet. The photos and updates were very reassuring while I was out of town, that they both were comfortable and taken care of. Christina treated my pups with love and care as if they were her own. I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Christina was amazing with our very shy dog. She went above and beyond to make sure we and our dog were comfortable with her caring for him while we were away. She even stopped by prior to our trip just to make sure we were all at ease since it was her first time sitting for us. I highly recommend Christina. She will make sure your pet is well taken care of.

A meet-and-greet (no charge) is required for all first time drop-in visits & dog walking. After the meet-and-greet, I'm available for a trial visit ($15) if it will make you & your pet more comfortable. A pet sitting contract is required to be completed at our meet-and-greet. It is your responsibility to notify me if changes need to be made after that. Please review the contract in my photo album. A copy of my insurance policy will be made available at our meet-and-greet.

Information Christina G. would like to know about your pet

Prior to scheduling your pet, I'd like to know your pet's temperament, health conditions, medications, dietary restrictions, triggers/fears/anxieties/destructive habits, & personality quirks. Has your pet ever shown any signs of aggression? How does your pet behave on a leash for walks? Reactions to humans/pets/vehicles/noises/objects during walks? Does your pet eat things he/she shouldn't like towels toys ect?

A typical day

I love taking dogs out for walks and playing games with them. If your pup is on the less active side, we can spend time cuddling while I talk to him/her. I tend to give a lot of treats....a whole lot of treats :) Most cats tend to be shy when they have a pet sitter. I encourage them to come out and play. I am guilty of bribing them with treats and laser lights. Additional services I provide Nail trims $10 Ear cleanings $8 Bath $30 NO FLEA BATHS If you pet allows, I can trim nails & clean with with his/her bath Pet waste removal - Once per week $15, twice per week $25, or every other week $20.
