Cats & Dogs are easier than humans!
Pet care experience
I have volunteered in animal shelters since I was very young, grown up going to horse barns, and always had a cat growing up (Troubles and then Bailey). I adopted my first dog 8 years ago and have started the care for, walk, and adventure with other people's dogs since then. I love sticking to the training and rules that each animal's parents have created so owners and animals are happier!

Safety, trust & environment
My home has a fully secured (locked) fenced yard, dogs are always taken out of my home on leashes for safety. Walks are done on trails, through neighborhoods, downtown for exposure as well as in stores. My home is incredibly neat at all times so there is very little for dogs or cats to get into by mistake.
Information Christina G. would like to know about your pet
The good, the bad and the ugly! All creates have quirks and that is just fine. It makes it easier to ensure success when I am provided with all the details. What do they love, what makes them excited, what calms them, what might triggers be, what health concerns might they have, what rules do they have, what training do you do with them (that I can continue). Have there been any issues in the past so I can make sure the animal and I are safe?
A typical day
I love making sure they can settle well and become comfortable with me. Then activities are based on what I learn from the animal and the owners. I'm always willing to listen and also try different things and watch how an animal responds to the situation. Games, training, snuggle time, walks, hikes, etc.
Services
Christina can watch in your home
Availability
In early 2024 I am between full-time roles so my daily schedule is quite flexible and can be adjusted and can accommodate different scheduling needs.
