Pet care experience
I am a long time animal lover! I grew up in a pet loving household and am comfortable and delighted to be caring for any of your furbabies (or guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, turtles and reptiles etc. are a-ok too! I am a Saturday volunteer at the SC aquarium and am an exhibit guide and animal handler!) I currently have a very friendly cat and a sweet elderly dog! I grew up with cats, collies, golden retrievers, a ferret, and several mixes from shelters. I often pet sit for my Dads dog Gus and often when my Dad comes to pick him up he doesn't want to leave because he had so much fun sleeping over! I am a stay at home Mom and aside from my husband and daughter animals are my life! I have so much free time and I would love to fill it caring for your beloved pets! You can rest assured any animal staying with me will be treated like family! We live in a quiet neighborhood great for walks, including a park to take them to. At home we have a fenced in yard where they can play to their hearts content! I have cared for elderly animals before and am comfortable taking care of any animals with special dietary or medical needs. There has never been a time in my life that I haven't had a pet and I am excited to open our home to your furry family!

Christina and Matt are a wonderful couple and love animals. She works at the Charleston Aquarium where she enjoys presenting and caring for the fish and fowl. She has taken good care of my dog and pal Mr. Gus for many years. Christina has a safe and secure fenced in back yard for dog play. I highly recommend Christina and Matt to be caretakers of your pet.
I've known Christina over 5 years and if I could only use one trait to describe her, it would be "animal lover". She loves all animals from our four-legged friends to even my less favorite 6 and 8 legged friends. She is a friend to all animals big and small. I have 3 cats and I know they would have just as much attention and love (if not more) hanging out with her if I were away. Christina is sure to treat your animals just as she would her own - with love, care, and plenty of attention.
I've known Christina for over three years and I can attest to her love and respect for all animals. She's always cared excellently for the pets she has and is very responsible. Her pets are always healthy and happy. Christina is great with other people's pets as well, like the ones I have. She interacts with them and really tries to get to know them. Personally, I think Christina would make an excellent caregiver for your dog.
