Pet care experience
I had worked in the Animal Welfare including 12 years of working in the Veterinary Medicine as a Nurse and Manager. Myself and my husband share the pet sitting responsibilities as he is a 30 year retired Coast Guard member and is a stay at home dad that takes care of our 3 dogs during the day. We have been offering in home pet sitting for 1 dog that is dog and cat friendly. I also am available for dog walking and drop-ins in town.

Dogs that stay in home have their own separate space they get to sleep in, our Air D.O.G has heat, a day bed and is made to look like room in your home. They are leash walked minimum 3 times a day with play sessions and enrichment in between. We are on a quiet dead end street with fenced in areas close by for additional playing and exercise options,

I am a trained animal nurse so please tell me any special needs you pet might need while they are in my care. I administer any medications and understand that every animal has their own personalities so it’s very important to disclose any behavioral issues prior to services.
A typical day
We like to take the dogs to the baseball fields for playtime. Walks, dog park, hikes, and we have a lot of fun taking photos. Our dogs are fun loving and they like to play tug of war and wresting then enjoy laying by the fire watching tv with us. There will be music or tv on request at no additional expense.

I currently work full time. I am looking weak dogs on my lunch or after work 4pm during the week and available on weekends. Weekend hikes are available on a case by case basis. My husband is retired and is home with our dogs all day and participates in the in home pet sitting during the day. We share evening duties.
