I'm a dog lover and and fitness enthusiast! As a dog owner my self I know there not just pets there our family! I have lots of good energy and love all dogs small and large. I teach group fitness as well and can go on long walks, short strolls, or a good run! Dogs need out door time, there like us we need fresh air and and stimulation. During every walk/drop in and day care I will customize it to the energy of the dog! Seniors need breaks and pup's need to run!
