Pet care experience
Ever since I can remember, I've been drawn to the unconditional and persistent love animals give effortlessly. When I relocated to Colorado from living in South Carolina for most of my life, I was unable to bring my beautiful Brittany Spaniel with me because of housing regulations and it broke my heart. I have joined Rover so I may spread the love I have for animals to pets around the community! I have 10 years of experience caring for other people's animals—dogs, cats, fish, and rodents (even a very sweet chinchilla named Oreo). I have worked with many different types of animal personalities and am comfortable walking, feeding, grooming, and (most importantly) playing with and caring for your pets. I have been a volunteer at the SPCA for most of my life and have participated several times in the foster care program for both cats and dogs. Please let me know if your dog has any special need/medications/quirks that would help me to best take care of them. For example: if they deal well with other dogs on walks, are fearful of bikes or motorcycles, etc.
A typical day
I love to play fetch and run with dogs (to each their own capacity) and give them time and space to stiff out areas of then neighborhood! If they are a fan of dog parks, I know all of the local hubbubs; but if they like to walk solo I always enjoy a walk around an open space or reservoir.

I work 9am-4pm in Longmont, but have an hour and a half break that I can take to check in on your fur babies during this time.
