Playmates for my Ember & Oakley!!!
Pet care experience
Hi!! I love all animals, and we (meaning my Golden Ember,Oakley and I) would love to have your four legged baby... or babies come play with us. I'm open to more than one dog, and if you have a caged pet you also need me to take care of in my home, then I can do that too. I have a fabulous fenced in backyard where we play fetch for hours. My goal will be to make your pet feel comfortable, happy and safe. The second goal will be to make sure you feel comfortable and confident leaving your pet in my care. I work from home so daycare pups would never be left alone. I do go to the gym most days from 6:30am-7:30am for those considering me for boarding. I can support most any special needs, diet or medications, that your pet requires. I can also bring your pet(s) to grooming or vet appointments if needed. Finally treats, snuggles, and love will always be a part of their experience. Again, I work from home so I’m here all day for daycare and only away 1.5 hours early am for boarding clients. Only if I’m traveling for work would I be unavailable to board or provide daycare, and my calendar will reflect my availability. I have a fenced in yard for my pups to play, and they would never go beyond the fence without a leash. I have a kiddie pool when it gets hot. I leave the rear slider open when weather is nice so they can come and “go” with ease. :) My pups go to a local vet (Broadview Vet Hospital) and I am only 5 minutes from Port City Emergency Hospital if God forbid it was needed. My pups are my family, and I promise yours would be treated like family too. After the first contact I’ll share my Facebook link so you can get a better sense of my person, love for family and my pups.
Reviews
Christina was great with our 6 month old puppy and has 2 adorable dogs that our puppy played with. Responsive and reliable and sent check-ins while we were away. Definitely recommend!
Sammy had an absolute blast! Communicative, welcoming, and flexible. Totally planning on booking again.
Christina was a wonderful dog-sitter for our poodle. She took good care of her and sent us videos of Ivy playing each day, and Ivy was cheerful and healthy when we picked her up. Would happily bring Ivy back to Christina again in future!
Coco had an enjoyable day at Christina’s.

My entire backyard is fenced in, and I am replacing my current fence with a full panel which will add even more security for the pups.

Information Christina B. would like to know about your pet
My dogs are both golden retrievers and to date have gotten along with every dog that they have met. They attend day care regularly and again and have had no issues whatsoever playing with various breeds snd dog sizes. I prefer to try and introduce the dogs ahead of time, if that’s possible, just to make sure that there aren’t any personality issues. If there are any special needs or potential concerns I like to know ahead. Like my Ember is very scared of thunder, so I have a thunder jacket for her.
A typical day
With two dogs of my own I wouldn’t venture to a dog park or for a walk unless I had a friend or my daughter helping. Therefore most of the activity would be in the backyard playing fetch or with each other.

Availability
I got to the gym in the morning and then I'm working from home the rest of the day. I can go to the gym as early as 5:30am if someone wants daycare services as early as 7am. I prefer pick up by no later than 6.
