I have loved animals since I could remember. When I was a child and went on vacations my parents would take our dog to this kennel called Grandpa's place ever year. I would go and cry my eyes out that for a week I would have to leave my collie-german shepard in the care of someone else. One time "Grandpa" took me on a tour of the house. It was nicely set up for dogs to have their own inside and outside runs. He let me pet, play, and walk the dogs. I was in love! Since then I have always dreamed of owning a place like that to take care of other peoples animal that they love so much while their owners where away. Now i find myself as a stay at home mother of 4 beautiful children. They are now all going to be school age so I need to find something to fill my time while they are in school. By trade I am a certified Medical Assistant. However I am not ready to jump back into working 40+ hours a week. I really want to do something I have always dreamed of, and I thought this would be the perfect job. I would be able to visit and love your dog while you where away. I have had dogs since I was 2 and soon I will be approaching 40! I have no prior history of working with dogs. I only have been in your shoes and know how important it is to feel comfortable about your pets well being when your away.
