I’ve had pets, both cats and dogs since I was five years old. I’ve just started a veterinary assistant program. In the last ten years I have worked with all manner of cats and dogs independently and with the SPCA. For the last 15 months I worked for Animal Rescue Cambodia and learned to administer ocular, oral, or injection medication, if needed. I can happily work with both easy and difficult animals. I’ve worked with difficult dogs and cats such as those at Animal Rescue Cambodia that were abandoned or those like my fathers previously abused dog. I’ve also worked with a great many normal, sweet, well-adjusted dogs and cats at shelters and like those my family and friends have had. I am familiar with different kinds of collars and their proper use. I’m also very good with and love cats, sweet and cuddly or not, and am more than willing to care for cats as well if needed.
