I have spent most of my life an animal lover, ranging from fish and cats to turtles and rats. I just recently lost my best friend Sneakers the cat after 15 great years. Now, I am in dire need of some company and compassion from a lil' one. I'm a caring, loving person, willing to give your loved one the ample attention and adventure they deserve. Previously, I have worked as a pre-school teacher and a certified nanny, so I consider myself a natural caregiver and full of love. I currently share a home with two puppies (13 month old brothers!) and a senior cat, who I help care for and love. I really like to keep active and can provide active and loving care for your fur-baby. I have a great history with caring for aggressive dogs and ensuring their safety. Located in the Stony Brook area and willing to travel as far west as the Nassau border, I'm very flexible with pricing and hours as well!

I’m so glad I found Christina to walk and watch my dog! She was so trustworthy and my dog absolutely loved her! We even ran into her on the street a couple of times and he was beyond excited to see her. She was even kind enough to watch him many times when I asked her at the very last minute. I can’t say enough good things about her!
I had a great experience! I booked four days before a week long business trip and she had no problem accommodating me. She kept me in the loop and sent pictures daily. Will definitely be booking with her in the future and would recommend to any friends.
I left my 2 Chow Chows Steve and Teresa with Christina for a weekend. Now every dog owner knows that Chow Chows can be a handful. Well when I came home not only were my 2 loves of my life asleep on the couch with Christina they were also bathed and shampooed !! It was a sight out of a Rockwell painting. Being an anxious person, I don't have many people watch my dog because of every possible thing that could go wrong. All of my anxiety diminishes when I know he is in the hands of Christina. As all dog lovers know, looking for a dog caregiver is practically identical to finding a caregiver for a child- the worst thing you can do is find someone who is going to ignore your pet while you're gone. Christina makes it her mission to treat any animal like her own which means full attention the entire time she is with them. Whether it's walks, games, treats, or cuddling- she will give it her all. Christina is the best aunt to my scruffy, 4-legged little boy and anyone who gets a chance to leave their pet in her hands is exceptionally lucky.
