"Guardians of Your Furry Family"
Pet care experience
My husband and I will be running this business together. We are a (39F) and a (41M) who recently lost our beloved dog, Courtney. Courtney was an exceptional companion, bringing immense joy to our lives. Her passing was a profound loss for us. However, with our retirement plans just three short years away and the desire to travel before settling down again, it isn't the most opportune time for us to adopt a new dog. Nonetheless, we deeply miss the presence of a canine companion in our home. We would be thrilled to welcome your family pet into our household and care for them as if they were our own. We come with extensive experience in pet care, having dealt with various types of animals over the years. Our experience includes raising puppies, helping fearful dogs overcome their anxieties, managing energetic runners, and providing compassionate care for senior dogs. Our dear Courtney, in her later years, lost her vision and most of her hearing, and we adapted to her needs, ensuring she had the best quality of life. After dedicating countless evenings to studying Cesar Millan's techniques, we successfully turned our mischievous puppy into a well-mannered dog. While we do have some common commands and house rules in our home, such as "sit," "stay," "down," and "heel," please understand that our approach is far from being a strict boot camp. We wholeheartedly embrace and care for your pet, whether or not they follow these rules. In our household, there are no children, but we do have a cat named Sophie. Sophie and Courtney were adopted around the same time and grew up together. While Sophie is not particularly fond of people or other cats, she can usually coexist with most dogs. She is a naturally curious cat, so when a new dog enters our home, we take careful steps to ensure they get acclimated to each other. If the dog is calm, Sophie will likely keep her distance. In our experience, once the dogs and Sophie have a chance to adjust to one another, there have been no issues, typically within a day or two. Your pet's well-being and comfort are our top priorities.
Reviews
Austin and Christina were awesome while I was away. They shared photos and videos and took very good care of my four month old puppy.
Christina and Austin took very good care of our Theo. They provided us updates daily with pictures and videos. I know he enjoyed being in their home. I’m thankful they enjoyed having him 😊
Christina & Austin were great! They kept me updated and I knew my pup was being taken care of.
Christina & Austin are amazing! They were prompt to respond to questions prior to booking. While our dog (Leo) stayed with them, they sent pictures and updates often. We definitely plan on using their services in the future.

Information Christina & Austin D. would like to know about your pet
Feel free to inform me if your dog has any specific needs or requirements. Unfortunately, I'm unable to accommodate dogs with excessive drooling habits at this time. Additionally, if you're a family in need of care for both a dog and a cat, please don't hesitate to reach out. While cat care isn't currently a service I provide, we can certainly discuss the possibility of arranging a suitable solution. Your pet's comfort and well-being are our top priority, and we're open to exploring options that work for your unique situation.

We are early risers, typically waking up around 6:30 AM on weekdays and around 7 or 7:30 on weekends. My husband departs for work, and some mornings, I head to the gym before returning home, where I also work remotely. My job provides the flexibility to step away from my computer as needed. Evenings are dedicated to quality time with your pet and often involve a leisurely walk. Your dog will also enjoy playtime in the mornings. The frequency and duration of walks will be tailored to your pet's specific needs and preferences.
